MathPlot, Terms and Conditions

Geo Systems Dev PTY LTD ("us", "we", or "our") operates the MathPlot Canva application (the "Service" or the "App").

1. Acceptance of Terms:

By downloading, installing, or using the MathPlot application (the ‘App’), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (‘Terms’). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

2. License Grant:

MathPlot grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal or commercial use, subject to these Terms.

3. User Conduct:

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App.

You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App.

You agree not to distribute or reproduce the App or any content from the App without express written permission.

4. Intellectual Property:

The App and its content, including but not limited to software, graphics, and logos, are the property of MathPlot and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You acknowledge that you have no right to use MathPlot’s intellectual property without express written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties:

The App is provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

MathPlot does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

MathPlot disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall MathPlot be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App.

MathPlot’s liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold MathPlot harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the App or your breach of these Terms.

8. Termination:

MathPlot may terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App.

9. Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.

10. Changes to Terms:

MathPlot may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.”
